Description : PIFD solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and Regulations (PPRA) FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CURTAIN WALL TO COVER WORKSHOP PREMISES. Tendering will be based upon Single Stage Two Envelop process. Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelops clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. ? Bidding is open to all firms having NTN / GST registration and experience of working with education / government institutes. ? Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 200/- (non-refundable) from Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (8:30am-4:30pm except Saturdays and Sundays). ? Tenders must be delivered to the address mentioned below on or before 28th August, 2017 at 11:00 am. ? Tenders will be opened on 28th August, 2017 at 11:30 am. Only technical proposals will be opened at the first stage. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will be rejected. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on the next working day. ? Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained. ?
