Building description: The property is currently built on with a residential stable house that characterizes the townscape. The planned construction project consists of the core renovation of the part of the building on area no. 47, as well as demolition and replacement of the part of the building on area no. 47/1, including one Underground car park with 12 parking spaces located below the new building. The above-ground area has 3 floors in a similar outline to the existing one, as well as a gallery floor in the attic. The building is declared a community center by the municipality of Ohlstadt contains several uses: a generation meeting place, rooms for events and clubs, the tourist information office, public toilets, a multifunctional room for the community, three apartments, and two commercial units each with a gallery level. It will assigned to building class 3 according to the Bavarian Building Code. The new building will be constructed as a wooden structure with a wooden facade.
