Prequalifications are invited for Construction of the by-Pass Road.
This Pre-Qualification Notice follows the General Procurement Notice for this project, published in No. 2941 of Jeune Afrique dated 21 May 2017 and in the national daily newspaper the Sahel, N ° 9271 of 31 January 2017.
