Important terms and conditions.
1. Price offer Currency -USD and Mode of payment
2. The per-qualified/eligible suppliers acknowledge RFQ by (sign/stamped/date) on Ihe second copy from the supplier.
3. Delivery time frame and location of delivery:

5. Validity of the offer should be minimum of 60 Days
6. Payment shall be within 30 working days after receipt of goods and invoice., by cheque or transfer.
7. Subject to VAT; therefore, all offers should be exclusive of VAT costs.
