Tenders are invited for Construction of an Artificial Bovine in Djongdong Farm in the Commune of Wina, Mayo-Danay Department, Region of Extreme North.
The file must be obtained from the Municipality of Wina upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of 50, 000 (fifty thousand) CFA francs, payable to the Municipal Revenue of Wina.
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-class bank or any other structure approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, in the amount of 700, 000 (Seven hundred thousand ) F CFA, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
