Tender Details

The Government of Rwanda (GoR) hereinafter called “the Recipient” received financing from the Global Environment Facility, through the African Development Bank hereinafter called “the Bank” and the African Development Fund, toward the cost of Increasing the Climate Change Adaptative Capacity of Vulnerable Rwanda Community. EDCL hereinafter called “the Executing Agency” intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for construction of animal feed processing plants and green tea collection facilities. For this contract, the Recipient shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
