Tenders are invited for Construction and Rehabilitation Berkadsmaroodi-Jeex and Awdal Regions.

Re-advertisement Tender for construction and rehabilitation Berkads Maroodi-Jeex and Awdal regions

Candlelight with partner of organization Development Fund, Norway is implementing projects title: CRISP and NORAD is seeking for bidders for constructions of following villages under Maroodi-Jeex and Awdal region.

A)CRISP Tender collecting 08th to 19th October 2019

1. To rehabilitate the damaged Barkads in Bahadhamal village

2. To rehabilitate the damaged Barkads in Gumburaha village

3. B) NORD Tender collecting 08th to 19th October 2019

4. ToRehabilitate two damgedBerkads in MagaloQaloc village

5. Construction of two new Berkads in MagaloQaloc village

Tendering will be conducted through Candlelight procedures

Requirements for Qualification

The following shall be basic requirements for the Technical Offer

1. Signed Suppliers Bid submission form – Annex

2. A valid copy of license or certificate from the ministry of public works and transport.

3. Company profile indicating full address, contact persons, key personnel, their qualification and experience

4. Certificate of completion letters on similar previously completed works.

5. Proposal of the schedule of work plan

6. Any form of corruption will lead to complete disqualification of contract.

The following shall be requirements in the financial Offer,

Individual Bill of Quantity appropriately and completely filled out in ink pen: pencil documents shall be disqualified.
Financial Bid Offer for the specific project lot
Alternative technical solution plan or schedule if available
Interested tenderer may obtain further information from and inspect tendering documents at the offices of Candlelight, Hargeisa19th October 2019 till, 07:30 AMto 2:300 PM inclusive of both dates. Documents properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below:

The deadline for the submission of bids is 2:30 PM hour’s local time on 19th October 2019. Tenders will be opened in public and in the presence of tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at Candlelight Office in Hargeysa office.
