Construction and operation of charging infrastructure in public spaces and on district and municipal properties The Lüchow-Dannenberg district (hereinafter referred to as the district) in cooperation with the municipalities of Damnatz and Zernien, with the city of Hitzacker (Elbe), with the collective municipality of Gartow with the participation of the municipalities of Flecken Gartow, Gorleben, Höhbeck, Prezelle and the city of Schnackenburg as well as the collective municipality of Lüchow with the participation of the municipalities of Flecken Bergen an der Dumme, Flecken Clenze, Meeres, Lemgow, The city of Lüchow (Wendland), Luckau (Wendland), Schnega, Trebel, Waddeweitz, Woltersdorf and the city of Wustrow (Wendland) (hereinafter member municipalities) is striving to expand the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in public streets and on public roads publicly accessible areas that are owned by the district or the member municipalities (hereinafter referred to as publicly accessible municipal areas).
