CALL FOR TENDER OPEN TO QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES REGISTERED IN BURUNDI Under MA.0566, IOM invites eligible and interested Contractors to submit their Bid for the installation of a sink equipped with sensitive electric taps in the province of Rumonge.The dateDeadline for submission of offers is set for Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 2 p.m., Bujumbura time, to the email address: iomburunditenders@iom.int. Please indicate in the subject of your message: ‘RFQ-BI-PROC 24 -028: CONSTRUCTION IN RUMONGE'A mandatory site visit is planned for Thursday 29 fFebruary 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Port of Rumonge. In addition to this Request for Quotation, the General Instructions to Suppliers include the Instructions to Suppliers, the Technical Specifications and the necessary administrative forms that Suppliers will need to prepare and submit theiroffer for consideration by IOM. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Offer, to cancel the procurement process, to reject any submissions, at any time, before award of the Purchase Order or Contract without, as a result, incurring any liability towards any Supplierconcerned or be required to inform the Suppliers concerned of the reason for said IOM action.
