Tenders are invited for construction and equipment of a dewatering station of 500 m3 / h on the Comoé River in Dallo and a drinking water treatment plant of 500 m3 / h in Dallo, supplying the sites of 12 km of electricity, 17 km of runway treatment, 1.2 km of Comoé access road, development of station sites including roads and various networks, post construction re-chlorination on the site of the water tower of Abengourou, and electrical equipment, automation and remote management of all project sites.
1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has obtained two loans, one from the Saudi Fund for Development (SDF) and the other from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), in to finance the Drinking Water Supply Project in the city of Abengourou and surrounding areas and proposes to use part of the funds from these loans to make payments authorized under the contract for construction and equipment of a dewatering station of 500 m3 / h on the Comoé River in Dallo and a drinking water treatment plant of 500 m3 / h in Dallo, supplying the sites of 12 km of electricity, 17 km of runway treatment, 1.2 km of Comoé access road, development of station sites including roads and various networks, post construction re-chlorination on the site of the water tower of Abengourou, and electrical equipment, automation and remote management of all project sites.

The Ministry of Hydraulics, through the National Office of Drinking Water (ONEP), solicits bids under sealed cover from eligible bidders and meeting the qualifications required to perform the Water Supply Works drinking water from the city of Abengourou and surrounding localities. The works, subject of this call for tenders, are composed of one (01) single lot . The period of execution of the work is eighteen (18) months.
3. The invitation to tender is limited to Arab, African and Arab-African companies.
4. The contracts resulting from this invitation to tender will be awarded on unit price.

6. Interested bidders may obtain the complete Bidding Documents in French by making a written request to the address mentioned below against a non-refundable payment of the sum of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA francs . Payment can be made in cash payment .
7. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than 14/05/2019 at 10:00 AM Universal Time . The offers must include a guarantee of the offer, for an amount of one hundred million (100, 000, 000) CFA francs. Electronic filings will not be accepted. Submissions submitted late will be rejected at the opening of bids.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers' representatives who wish to do so in the conference room at the address indicated below on 14/05/2019 at 10.30 minutes Universal Time.
