Tenders are invited for Construction of 109 Pit and 19 Disabled Latrines in IDPs in Kahda District-Banadir Region

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Bidders must meet the following criteria:

1. Tenderer-s Information

2. Completed ‘Tenderer-s Relevant Experience

3. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate by finance minster

4. Copy of contracts for relevant provisions undertaken by the bidder in the past 3 years

5. Certificate of Company Registration by the Ministry of Public work, and Banadir Regional Administration (BRA)

6. Signed and stamped bank statement including transactions of the last 6 months of the company. The bank statement must be in the name of the company

7. Company Profile

8. BoQ completed, signed, and stamped

9. Declaration, Code of Conduct signed and stamped

10. Proposed timeframe detailing activities and work plan with realistic lead-time
