Conservation cleaning, packaging and deacidification using the block process, Bamberg State Archives Conservation cleaning, packaging and deacidification using the block process of the following holdings of the Bamberg State Archives: Arbitration chambers Hof-Stadt, Hof-Land, Kronach, Kulmbach-Stadt, Kulmbach-Land, Lichtenfels, Münchberg and Naila Framework agreement 2026-2028 Circumference: 151 running meters Transport work: -The archive materials are currently stored in the Coburg State Archives, but will be stored in the Bamberg State Archives in the future. -The transports take place in several tranches. Conservation processing before deacidification: The archive materials are collected in slip-lid boxes and the following work is then carried out by the contractor: -Superficial cleaning and de-icing, -Flip in acid-free legal folders, labeling, -Repackaging in slip-lid boxes, attaching adhesive labels. Mass deacidification using block deacidification processes -A description of the process must be enclosed with the offer. -For quality and sustainability Deacidification is based on DIN 32701. Schedule for service provision, partial deliveries -Collection in installments by arrangement. -In order to maintain the usability of the inventory as much as possible, the out-of-home time for each processing tranche should be 6 months do not exceed.
