Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Connection Works of Seven (07) Schools to Water Pipeline /Water Sources in Karongi and Rutsiro Districts.

World Vision hereby invites all competent and reputable companies to execute the above-mentioned tender to submit their bids/proposals

A compulsory site visit will be conducted by Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, Rutsiro and Karongi districts with World Vision engineers as per the below schedule. The bidders will arrange for their own transport to the sites to be visited

Details of the above mentioned bid documents will be obtained from the email
(jean_shyirambere@wvi.org) upon presentation of a bank slip with a non-refundable fees amounting to 20, 000 Rwf, deposited to the account # 0010083813839701 labelled "WORLD VISION RWANDA" opened at "ECOBANK".

1. Any bidder that has ongoing construction works with World Vision Rwanda or the bidder who have been recently awarded more than two contracts by World Vision Rwanda are not eligible to apply.

2. All interested companies must contact this number (0788834700) not late than 11/05/2020 to confirm their availability so that the District can work on their transport clearance during the site visit. Below information also will be needed :

n Name of the representative during the site visit

n National ID for the Representative

n Vehicle number plate

Original bids, well printed, properly bound presented with one additional copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at World Vision tender box at the Head Office latest on 21/05/2020 at 10:00am. The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements and communication of the opening results will be shared through e-mails to the bidders.
