Tender Details

Mainova AG plans to integrate BKF Fechenheim into the district heating network in Frankfurt's Ostend to increase the share of district heating from renewable energies. The project "Connection BKF Fechenheim to the district heating network - line construction" includes the production of a district heating connection line, DN400/560 KMR, from the existing district heating network in Ostend on Lindleystrasse to the connection to the existing Fechenheim biomass power plant in a chemical park.

The district heating line has a total route length of around 4, 960 m and, in addition to the civil engineering and line construction work in the urban areaverse crossings of existing supply and disposal routes and track systems. In addition, further requirements arise from construction in the area of contaminated sites and from crossing port facilities.
