Subject of the tender is the delivery, installation, commissioning and instruction of an inverted confocal microscope with area detector for the 4D characterization of organoids. 4D includes the time-resolved acquisition of three-dimensional sample volumes, in particular living cells, organoids, Cell aggregates and tissue models. The system is intended to enable fast confocal fluorescence imaging with high detection sensitivity, low phototoxicity and good later expandability.
