INVITATION TO TENDER
The Private Sector Federation invites bidders to submit their proposals to Conduct Corporate Governance and Investment Readiness Training for Rwanda ICT Chamber
Tender documents may be obtained on any working days from 09 October 2019 in the PSF procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10, 000) to account no 0027934-02-39 in I&M Bank.
A well-presented and sealed offer shall be presented in four copies, one of which is marked “original “shall be presented to Procurement Officer Private Sector Federation not later than 22 October 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
The opening of envelopes will take place on the same day at 11:30 am in PSF Board Room, in a public session.
