Tender Details

Due to weather and usage influences, the facades and facade components show numerous partial damages. These include exposed and corroded reinforcement, concrete spalling and cracks. The effects of CO₂ have caused them to... Carbonation depths develop up to the reinforcement and lead to corrosion. The facades are made of lightweight concrete. The escape balconies were made of prefabricated normal concrete, the escape staircase was made of in-situ concrete. All facade surfaces and -Components receive suitable surface protection systems, while the existing exposed concrete structures must be preserved. To define the system, sample areas are created in advance. The escape balcony system will mostly be demolished and rebuilt. The exception is the balcony areas between the supply shafts, which remain in the existing building. There the railings are refurbished and recoated. The stair towers remain. The railings will be completely dismantled and replaced with new ones replaced. The support consoles on stair towers and remaining escape balconies will be upgraded. For this purpose, the existing areas are removed and reinforced with steel angles. All measures must be carried out professionally in accordance with TR maintenance.
