Concession for the assignment of Local Public Transport (LPT) services - Forlì-Cesena Provincial lot Concession for the assignment of Local Public Transport (LPT) services - Rimini Provincial lot Concession for the assignment of services Local Public Transport (LPT) - Ravenna Provincial lot Management of urban, basin and inter-basin local public transport services on regular bus, tram and water lines relating to the Romagna area; management of networks and systems they are correlated, as analytically identified in the tender documentation, in compliance with the obligations and specifications provided therein also in reference to the instrumental activities and in coherence with the objectives of effectiveness and quality of the service of the Contracting Authority and the Region pursuant to L.R. Emilia Romagna n. 38/98 and subsequent amendments. Service to be carried out under the Net Cost regime, with tariff revenues destined for the Contractors. The assignment of the Romagna Area is divided into three lots, to be assigned through a tender procedure and governed by three distinct service contracts: • Forlì-Cesena Provincial Lot: - estimated annual value of the consideration for the year 2027: approximately €28.7 million net of VAT, for a total amount of approximately €312 million for the ten years of assignment, net of VAT. - estimated annual value of the assignment (including traffic revenues and other revenues of the Contracting Company) for the year 2027: approximately 39.3 million euros per...
