The awarding body - the Rheinbahn - intends to award a framework contract for the conception, preparation, implementation and evaluation of mindfulness training through the open tender process. The The procurement contract is a framework agreement between the client and the contractor. The training courses must be designed specifically for the target group and are aimed in particular at the following employee groups: - Transport service (e.g. bus and light rail drivers) - Control center employees The content and didactic design of the training courses must take into account the different organizational and workplace-specific conditions of these target groups. In particular The special requirements regarding responsibility, safety-relevant activities, time pressure, dealing with disruptions and conflict situations in customer contact must be taken into account appropriately. The service includes in particular: - Target group specific Conception of the learning content - Preparation of all training documents in the Rheinbahn corporate design - Coordination of appointments in close coordination with the Rheinbahn project management - Creation of a suitable evaluation form and ensuring the structured evaluation and documentation of the results The training courses are to be designed as two-day face-to-face events. 15 participants are planned for each training.
