Lot 1 conception services for live communication measures Lot 2 implementation services for live communication measures Deutsche Bahn AG and its subsidiaries (DB Fernverkehr, DB Regio, DB InfraGo, DB Cargo etc.) plan, organize and implements around 300 live communication measures per year in different sizes (10 - 5, 000 people), formats (on-site, digital (with and without studio), hybrid), implementations (roadshow, trade fair, congress, employee event, etc.) and for various Target groups (internal, external) and with different budgets. We are looking for framework contract partners for conception and implementation services for live communication measures. We expect this from the conception services in a specific project Elaboration of the tasks set including creative ideas/conceptual approaches - including deriving and showing the connections to the existing company and project framework conditions and goals. The basis for this and preceding is a standardized, meaningful briefing. The implementation services are not about the creative concept for a live communication measure, but rather about its development and planning, organization and implementation, implementation and Realization and follow-up of an existing creative concept by a partner.
