Restrictions : The tender will be governed by the Regulation of Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree 5/2016 of March 8 and may be attended by all competitors from eligible countries, as defined in the guidelines of the World Bank. Proposals must be accompanied by a provisional bond of not less than: 250, 000.00 MT (two hundred and fifty thousand meticais) for Lot 1; 95, 000 MT (ninety-five thousand meticais) for Lot 2; and 150, 000 MT (one hundred and fifty thousand meticais) for Lot 3. The qualification requirements include: (i) Competitors must present documentary evidence that they have performed at least two (2) contracts of a similar nature and of equal or greater value over the last three (3) years. (ii) The average annual turnover of the last 3 (three) years shall be at least:58 000 000 MT (fifty eight million meticais) for Lot 1; 19 000 000, 00 MT (nineteen million meticais) for Lot 2; and 30 000 000 MT (thirty million meticals) for Lot 3. Late proposals will be rejected.
