4. SUBMISSION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit their technical bid for a particular lot desired in two (2) hard copies each marked ‘Original and Copy- and two hard copies each be put in one separate envelope each marked appropriately. The common sealed envelope is marked; CONFIDENTIAL “TECHNICAL/PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR ‘STATING THE NAME OF THE ONE PARTICULAR PROJECT APPLYING FOR- at the top left hand corner of the envelope; and also indicate the company-s name, telephone number and the mailing address at the reverse side of the envelope and address to;
