Tenders are invited for Computerization of the Management of the Central Parking of the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport.

This call for tenders concerns the following services:
Supply and installation of an automatic access control and toll system for car parking including an entrance and two exits including any suggestions related to the installations;
Supply and installation of anti-fraud devices;
Supply of equipment and accessories for two (02) manual boxes;
Supply and configuration of the IT set for the management and operation of the car park (Software Suite).
Civil engineering services necessary for the installation and electrical and computer connections of equipment.
Supply, installation and wiring of the various networks necessary for the implementation of the installation (distribution and power supply networks, electrical distribution and supply boxes, equipment control networks, supervision and management networks of the installation, video networks, etc.);
Creation of the different ducts, strong and weak current, located at the level of each assembly and the provision of their plans;
Training of technical and operational staff.
Supply of a stock of consumables.

Each tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a tender guarantee issued by a first-class bank or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, in the amount of four million seven hundred and seventy-four thousand (4, 774, 000) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the tenders, ninety (90) days.
