The Call for Tenders file can be obtained from the General Management of the SCDP/Cellule des Marchés located in the building housing the Center Médico-Social de la SCDP BP: 2271 Tel (+237) 233 40 54 45, Post 12060 or (+237) 699 71 75 38/ Fax (+237) 233 40 47 96 upon publication of this Notice of Invitation to Tender, against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of four- twenty thousand (80, 000) CFA francs payable into account No. 33598800001-89 entitled “CAS-ARMP Special Account” opened in the BICEC Agencies of the regional capitals and the towns of Limbe and Dschang.
Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list appears in document 12 of the DAO, in the amount of one million five hundred thousand francs (CFA 1, 600, 000) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers .
