Under penalty of rejection, each tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a tender bond established by a first-rate bank or a financial organization approved by the Minister in charge of finance and whose list appears in document 12 of the DAO, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers, in the amount of one million one hundred thousand (1, 100, 000) CFA Francs .
