To ensure and further develop an effective compliance structure, the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is seeking support from an external compliance officer. The aim of the assignment is to to support the DKFZ in the establishment, implementation and continuous development of transparent, legally secure and practical compliance management. The external compliance officer should be the DKFZ advise on the identification, assessment and minimization of compliance risks and support the further development of existing guidelines, processes and control mechanisms. In addition, the function should be as an independent contact person for compliance-related issues and contribute to raising employees' awareness of compliant behavior. The aim is to strengthen a compliance culture that is characterized by integrity, transparency and a sense of responsibility Sustainably ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations. The external support is intended to bring an independent and technically sound perspective into the further development of the DKFZ's compliance management become.
