With regard to the framework agreement, no minimum acceptance quantities are agreed. According to the case law of the ECJ of June 17, 2021_rs C - 23/20 - the client is obliged to ensure a maximum amount to secure transparency and freedom of discrimination in the competition. A call obligation cannot be derived from it. The client estimates that there is a need of approximately 11, 100 warning protection jackets and 300 warning weather protection pants over the entire contract period. The maximum quantities of the adjacent framework agreement will be carried out with 14, 400 warning weather jackets and 420 Warning protection pants quantified.
