The municipality of Biblis is planning to develop the residential areas “Helfrichsgärtel IV and V”. The approximately 5.7 hectare plan area includes a total of 15 parcels with different ownership structures. The area is currently used for agriculture farmed. --- The following PROJECT GOALS are defined by the client to the potential contractor: 1. Municipal, urban development goals - high-quality expansion of the existing residential area, sustainable and energetically contemporary - mixed Offer of housing with single-family houses, terraced houses and apartment buildings with a share of subsidized housing - special consideration of the residents of Biblis in marketing (if possible) 2. Economic goals - overall result of the Building area development at least to generate profit - Proceeds for the areas contributed by the municipality at least € 250 / m² - Financing of all necessary equalization and compensation measures from the measure - Lowest possible burden or Inclusion/utilization of the municipal budget 3. Organizational goals - maximum support and relief for the community - trusting cooperation - transparent information and communication --- CONDITIONS: - The municipality of Biblis makes all relevant decisions. - The municipality receives the full amount of any resulting project surplus, but may also bear any possible deficit, provided this is not the fault of the project developer. - The Each bidder proposes the legal relationship and the specific contractual conditions in the course of his dialogue proposal or offer - in principle, a project is developed in his own name and on his own account, as a trustee of the municipality, as a project controller or otherwise conceivable. --- Basically expected SCOPE OF SERVICES from the project developer [Different suggestions regarding the scope and delimitation of the project developer's own contributions and services to be controlled by third parties...
