Expression of Interest are invited for Compensation and Benefits Benchmark
IFC has supported AMIFA in developing and setting up its HR strategy aiming at supporting the overall business challenges and goals. The compensation and benefits (C&B) strategy is one of the major components of AMIFA's HR strategy needed to ensure a performance-oriented, internally consistent, and competitive reward framework and policy.
The objective of this request for proposal is to perform a salary survey within the Microfinance sector as well as the general market in Cote d-Ivoire to:
- Develop and set up a structured and professional framework for C&B practices benchmark /comparison.
- Articulate the overall C&B policy and practices on a consistent job-leveling system.
- Set up the AMIFA salary and benefits Band that supports performance enhancement and enables development and talent retention initiatives.
