Request for proposals are invited for Company Strategy Development Consultancy Services
Scope of Work
As envisioned, the scope of work for this proposal will primarily consist of, but not necessarily be limited to the following tasks:
? Develop a 5 YEAR corporate strategy for ENPC that will ensure growth of the Company;
? Meet with Company stakeholders to gain a working knowledge of the industry;
? Develop a clear set of vision, mission, values, goals, action steps and policy statements for the Company;
? Recommend ways in which the Company can be structured to best fulfil the goals and action steps in order to effectively and efficiently operate to ensure the growth and success of the Company;
? Draft a final plan document for review and presentation of the plan to the Company board;
? Development of performance metrics – key indicators and outcomes that can serve as a basis for performance measure for the organization;
? Literature review of the newly adopted corporate strategy;
? Develop new job descriptions that are based on the required positions that are critical and necessary to deliver on the corporate strategy;
? the specific activities to be conducted at each stage;
o a timeline for the activities at each stage;
o milestones and deliverables tied to those activities; and
? a detailed budget for each task, along with a proposed payment schedule tied to project milestones and/or deliverables.
