Expression of Interest are invited for Community Empowerment With Assorted Grains As Intervention To The Less Privilegde In Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Kaduna State.

MAN DATRORY REQUIREMENT
INTERESTED CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND SERVICES PROVIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
(i) Evidence Of Certificate Of Incorporation With Corporate Affairs Commission (Cac) Including Form Cac2 And Cac7;
(ii) Evidence Of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding With the Company Annual Turnover for the Last Three (3) Years 2016, 2017, 2018, Valid Till 31st December, 2019.
(iii) Evidence Of Compliance With The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) By Inclusion Of Current Certificate Of Compliance From Industrial Training Fund (Valid Till 31st December, 2019);
(iv) Evidence of Current Pension Compliance Certificate Valid Till 31st December, 2019;
(v) Evidence Of Registration On The National Database Of Federal Contractors, Consultants And Services Providers By Submission Of Interim Registration Report (IRR) Expiring On 31/01 /2020 Valid Certificate Issued By BPP.
(vi) Evidence Of Vat Registration With Number
(vii) Evidence Of Current NSITF Compliance Certificate Valid Till 31st December, 2019;
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Company Detailed Profile With Copy Or Article Of Association Memorandum Of Understanding, Joint Venture And Company’s Registration with Relevant Professional Bodies.
(ii) Evidence Of Financial Capability To Execute The Projects By Submission Of Reference Letter From A Reputable Commercial Bank Indicating Willingness To Provide Credit Facility For The Execution Of The Project When Needed.
(iii) Verifiable Evidence (Photocopies of Letters of Award and Job Completion, Photographs Of Project, Certificates And Interim Performance Certificates For On-going Projects) Of Previous Experience In Similar Jobs. At Least Three (3) In The Last Five Years.
(iv) Annual Audited Account for the Last Three (3) Years 2016, 2017, 2018.
(v) Affidavit Of Disclosure That None Of The Person Connected With The Bid Processes In The Procuring Entity Has Any Pecuniary Interested And That The Company Is Not Any Director(s) Of The Company Has Been Convicted Of Financial Crimes
(vi) A Sworn Affidavit Confirming That All Information Presented Attached Are True And Correct.
(vii) Any Other Information That Will Further Enhance the Qualification of the Company.
(viii) All Documents for Submission Must Be Transmitted with a Covering/ Forwarding Letter Under die Company/ Firm’s Letter Head Paper Bearing Amongst Others, The Registration Number (RC) As Issued By The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (Preferably GSM No) And Email Address. The Letter Head Paper Must Bear The Names And Nationalities Of The Directors Of The Company At The Bottom Of The Page, Duly Signed By The Authorized Officer Of The firm.

SUBMISSION OF TECHMCAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS DOCUMENTS FOR CATEGORY A AND B
Completed Technical And Financial Document (2 Set Of Hard Copies) For Categories A & B Shall Be Submitted In Two Different Sealed Tamper Proofs Envelope And Label” Technical Bid” And “Financial Bid’ And Both Placed And Sealed In A Third Envelope Stating The Project Name” And Lot No”. At The Top Right Hand Corner Of The Envelope And Address To: The Secretary Parastatal Tender Board National Biotechnology Development Agency Airport Road Abuja On or Before 12 Noon, 21 October, 2019 And Submitted In A Box Provided At The Procurement Unit.

BID OPENING AND CLOSING
Opening of the Received Bids for Expression of Interest (EOI) will commence immediately after the Deadline at 12 Noon on 23 September In the Agency’s Conference Room.

The Opening For Category A And B Will Commence Immediately After The Deadline At The Same Venue On The 21 October, 2019. All Bidder And Or Their Representatives Are Invited To Witness The Public Bid Opening Exercise Accordingly.
