Expression of Interest are invited for Communications Consultant Niger Telecoms
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) will assist the Government of Niger (GoN) in its efforts to restructure Niger Telecoms to boost the country digital transformation. IFC will assist GoN to assess options for private sector participation in Niger Telecoms and to structure and implement a viable transaction. To this end, IFC will appoint a communications consultant with extensive knowledge in communications and public relations.
Interested firms should demonstrate (max 30 pages with CVs in annex): i) experience in carrying out similar assignments, including for national telecommunications and information technology companies; ii) experience in strategic communication planning and implementation, including stakeholder mapping and awareness campaigns in emerging markets (experience in Niger or West Africa an asset); iii) a qualified team that is fluent in French; and iv) any other experience they may deem relevant
