Combined construction and liability insurance for the Adlershof project Contract management The Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) is the largest municipal public transport company in Germany. The BVG is looking for a service provider for the combined Construction work and liability insurance for the Adlerhof tram depot project. The order includes contract management in lot 1. Start of insurance: June 2026 Construction is expected to take place from October 2026 to December 2029 Tram depot including full commissioning is planned. Accordingly, the provisional term of the insurance contract is also planned until December 31, 2029, plus additional liability. Construction work and liability insurance for the following Deductibles: • Construction work insurance 50, 000 EUR • Items in the danger zone 10%, min. 50, 000 EUR, max. 300, 000 EUR • Business, product, environmental liability, environmental damage and planning liability insurance EUR 50, 000 (This does not apply to personal injuries deductible agreed) Further details on the subject of the order can be found in the service description.
