The Call for Tenders file can be consulted and withdrawn as soon as this notice is published at the General Affairs Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (Public Procurement Service) located on the 9th floor, door 09T02 of the building. Ministerial No. 1 (opposite the Central Post Office), upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred and twenty thousand (120, 000) FCFA payable to the Public Treasury for the costs of acquiring the file of call for tenders.
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional guarantee issued by a first-class banking establishment or insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amounts of which are fixed at 1, 300, 000 (one million three hundred thousand ) FCFA for each lot, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. Under penalty of rejection, the provisional guarantee must imperatively be produced in the original dating from no more than three (03) months.
