IVAGO wishes to enter into a partnership with a service provider that ensures the circular processing (collection, collection, acquisition and effective recycling) of mattresses delivered to the 6 recycling parks and/or collected door-to-door. The services are provided in accordance with the rules and regulations drawn up by VALUMAT. The collaboration is entered into for a period of three years and can be extended by 1 year. Services will start on July 1, 2026. The tenderer must provide a circular, total logistics solution and this assignment includes: - sufficient and timely delivery (plus management: timely emptying and repairs where necessary) of the manually (by 1 person) movable collection racks for 6 recycling IVAGO parks corresponding to the expected tonnage. - the weekly transport of the contents of these collection racks from the 6 recycling parks to the processing location. - the processing plant itself, where all the mattresses in the different recyclable fractions are separated (including PUR, latex, metal, wood, textile fractions, etc.) and the further compliant, circular processing of all these partial flows, including the residual fraction. The assignment concerns the complete processing of this material flow. In other words, the provider must demonstrate that he optimally transforms the waste material (both mattresses with metal springs and those without springs) into the various sub-fractions, raw materials, that in themselves...
