This project involves: The project provides: The construction of a building integrating: a cafeteria on two floors, classes on four levels, technical and service spaces. Building footprint =± 640 m2 / R+5  Partial dewaterproofing/renaturation of the parking lot located on the plot along rue du Biez, with the removal of 14 existing parking spaces  Development of direct surroundings Specific features of the construction: geothermal heating, wooden structure and floors, box walls prefabricated wooden frames, wooden cladding.
