Acceptance and disposal of street sweepings 2027/2028 The subject of the contract is the order for the collection and disposal of street sweepings generated in the disposal area of ​​the city of Halle (Saale) and delivered to HWS by commercial companies (e.g. caretaker service, sidewalk cleaning, etc.). (Waste code according to AVV: 20 03 03). For the quantities of street sweepings estimated at 2, 250 Mg - 2, 750 Mg p.a. (i.e. 4, 500 Mg - 5, 500 Mg over the entire contract period), the bidders can submit a main offer that includes delivery of the street sweepings to a disposal facility no more than 35 km away or a transfer/unloading site and/or submit an alternative offer that includes the collection of the street sweepings by the bidder from the HWS depot. The contract term is from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2028. The HWS, for its part, can unilaterally extend the contract by 2 years until December 31, 2030 extend. This extension must be received in writing by the contractor by August 31, 2028 at the latest. The remaining terms and conditions of contract processing and contract conditions result from the attached service description and contract processing.
