The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research-Rwanda is a registered independent, not-for-profit research and policy analysis Think Tank in Rwanda.

The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research- Rwanda (IPAR) wishes to put a portion of its funds towards hiring an eligible company for coding services. The institute will apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender notice is issued.

IPAR now solicits bids from eligible companies to provide the above services for a period of 12 months: More details on the services are provided in the technical specifications (TS).

This tender notice is open to all interested companies fulfilling the requirements herein.

Interested companies must possess the following in their bids:

Evidence of experience of at least 2 years in codification services

Should be able to demonstrate a high level of accomplishment and integrity in codification services;

Trading license

Valid RRA Non-Clearance

1 Certificate of good completion from public or private institutions

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (Technical specifications for codification services)
OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The objective of this tender is Codification by engraving and tagging for the IPAR-RWANDA assets.
TASKS OF THE COMPANY
The company shall accomplish the following tasks:

THE CONTRACT PERIOD:
This is a framework contract. The duration of the contract is one-year renewable if both parties agree to base on the performance of the service provider, and also based on the availability of funds.

The bidder must indicate the total cost of codifying by engraving or/and tagging one item including all taxes.
PAYMENT MODALITIES
An invoice submitted with an approved report of items codified
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
To provide professional and quality services;

To provide the required staff on the site with adequate tools for the achievement of their assignment (codification by engraving and/or by tags the IPAR-RWANDA assets).

To ensure the security of the codified assets during the time of service delivery and do the codification inappropriate manner without causing any default to the assets;
