Construction and operation ofPhotovoltaic systems on roofs of urban properties as well as supply of photovoltaic electricity.

This tender refers to roof areas on existing buildings. A list of the roof areas covered by the order can be found in the document "Roof areas on existing buildings" (Appendix III).

The award is made in two lots (§ 97 Para. 3 GWB). The submission of applications for participation and offers is possible for one or two lots.

The list "Roof areas on existing buildings" (Appendix III) already contains the following information on the assessment of the roof areas:

• Location, address, user

• Year of construction, use, building footprint

• Monument protection (yes/no)

• Roof size, roof covering, roof pitch, roof type

• Static suitability, load reserve (kg/m2)

• PV potential ( kWh/a)

In particular, area information in the "Roof areas on existing buildings" list (Appendix III)are without guarantee and would have to be validated on site by the subsequent contractor. Deviations are possible, but hardly to be expected.
