TK would like to provide its insured persons with the best possible support during and after pregnancy in difficult situations and stress and to add another service to the TK BabyZeit app. App users who are pregnant or Those who are particularly stressed during the first year of their baby's life should receive a low-threshold coaching offer in order to be able to compensate for these stresses (e.g. fears, excessive demands, exhaustion). The services of the future contractor (AN) include a short preliminary discussion with the insured person via video chat or telephone and up to three individual digital coaching appointments via video chat or telephone, each lasting at least 45 minutes.
