The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several economic participants on cloud-based web and video conferencing services for university teaching. The aim is to promote research and teaching by providing an extensive portfolio of suitable online products to support and enable functional coverage for research, teaching and learning scenarios.
Authorized institutions within the meaning of the DFN's statutory purpose are given the opportunity to use the services offered directly from the respective framework agreement. The DFN itself is also entitled to access services from the framework agreement.
