Clearing and settlement system for In/Out Bavaria The subject of this tender is the procurement, implementation and operation of a central clearing and billing system for a nationwide public in/out ticketing system (In/Out BY). Local public transport (public transport). The system serves in particular: • the collection, processing and validation of sales and revenue data, • transparent and audit-proof revenue accounting (clearing), • settlement between those involved Actors (processing of cross-company trips / dealing with nationwide additional tariffs as well as billing of third-party sales between sales partners (mutual sales)), • the provision of evaluations and reports, • dealing with Best price, caps (e.g. daily caps), • the correction runs, • User and interface management. The service is procured as a cloud-based solution in the sense of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The basis of the contract is EVB-IT Cloud contract and the criteria catalog for the EVB-IT cloud contract). The technical and functional detailed requirements and mandatory criteria are described in the specifications and the appendices to the specifications.
