Clearance of the former Kaufhof building Market research - Voluntary prior information - No contract announcement The city of Coburg has acquired the former Kaufhof building on Mohrenstrasse. There are currently still numerous in the building Furnishings, shopfitting elements and other inventory from the previous owner that are no longer needed for the future use of the building. The plan is to hire a professional clearance company. The core concept of the planned The contract stipulates that the commissioned company takes over the complete clearing of the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor of the building (swept clean) and in return receives the right to take the remaining furnishings and inventory into its own possession To take ownership and use it for your own account (e.g. through resale, recycling).
