GB Infravelo GmbH operates unsecured and secured bicycle parking systems in the Berlin city area. The existing unsecured bike parking systems (approx. 8, 400 bicycle brackets and double-decker parkers) at 79 Berlin S-Bahn stations, as well as currently 8 secure bicycle parking systems with electronic Access systems are to be supplemented by further locations and systems in the next few years. With the present tender, services for the operation and maintenance of these systems are intended to award. This includes cleaning, winter service, on -call duty and maintenance of the Systems. The allocation takes place in 3 lots:
Lot 1: Entertainment of unsecured bicycle parking systems
Lot 2: Winter service on unsecured storage systems
Lot 3: Entertainment of secure bicycle parking systems
The benefits in unsecured systems include visual control for traffic safety, The cleaning of the floor surfaces and elements (brackets, double -decker parkers and roofs), green care (e.g. removing soil growth or overhanging branches), the removal of vandalism damage and repair.
