The municipality of Zeuthen intends to tender the award of cleaning services in publicly used properties in the municipality of Zeuthen - primary school at Wald and comprehensive school Paul Dessau. The most economical offer is determined as follows: 30% Price (a) 35% References (b) 35% Productive hours (c) A total of a maximum of 100 points will be awarded per offer/lot. Of these, 30 points are allocated to the price, 35 points to references and 35 points to productive hours. The surcharge will be made in accordance with § 58 Paragraph 1 VgV in accordance with Section 127 GWB based on the most economical offer. The most economical offer is determined according to the award criteria mentioned above. The bidder who receives the most points for his offer/lot will be awarded the contract has. In the event of a tie, the lower bid price determines the award. Points are awarded according to the following provisions: a.
