The The lots were divided based on technical aspects. Details on the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description and appendices, in particular the price sheets. The client reserves the right proposes to increase and/or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned without a new award procedure within the framework of Section 132 GWB Paragraphs 2 to 4. Offers can be submitted for one lot or both lots. However, everyone is within the lots To offer properties with all individual services. The services are awarded per lot. There are no plans to award objects individually. Lot 1 includes maintenance/basic and interim cleaning services as well as the supply of consumables. The Properties have a floor area of approximately 14, 900 m2. The annual cleaning area is approximately 2, 200, 000 m2. Lot 2 includes glass/frame cleaning services. The clear structural dimension (measured on one side) of the areas to be cleaned is approx. 3, 360 m2. The Surfaces should generally be cleaned on both sides twice a year.
