Maintenance, basic and holiday cleaning

Building maintenance cleaning:

Building maintenance cleaning includes the cleaning and care of floor coverings, walls, stairs, furniture, appliances, window sills, radiators, door frames, sanitary facilities, washing systems, interior glass surfaces, mirrors, Table, wall and ceiling lights as well as interior furnishings at certain intervals. The scope of cleaning and the time intervals are defined in the respective cleaning plan and in the service description. The cleaning object must be cleaned free of dust, streaks and water stains. This includes removing stains and caring for, treating and protecting the surfaces (taking existing care instructions into account) to the extent that this is feasible given the state of the art.

Basic cleaning:

Basic cleaning includes removing care product films and incrustations and the intensive removal of stains, as far as this is feasible given the state of the art. The cleaning object must be cleaned free of dust, streaks and water stains and treated with a cleaning agent that is tailored to the surface. Care with a permanent protective care film must be agreed upon separately; it is included in the scope of the basic cleaning.
