Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Cleaning and Desilting of River St Louis No1 & No 2 (including Canal Dayot Region).

1. The City Council of Port Louisis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Cleaning and Desilting of River St Louis No1 & No 2 (including Canal Dayot region), Port Louis: (MCCPL/IFB/2024/308)

2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org

3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 13 March 2024 up to 11.00 hours (Local Time).

4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 13 March 2024 as from 15.01 hrs till Friday 15 March 2024 up to 10.00 hrs.

5. Bids will be opened onlineon Friday 15 March 2024 as from 10.01 hours up to 16.00 hours(Local Time).

6. The City Council of Port Louisreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
