The aim of this award is to develop a psychometric test procedure for mechanics. This test procedure must be carried out computer-based and integrated into the Bundeswehr's computer-assisted test system (CAT). In addition, the test titles must be designed in such a way that even when the test is carried out online, the falsification security of the test results is guaranteed and that the tasks can be announced in the best possible way. The test must expand the Bundeswehr personnel recruitment organization by an objective, resource -saving procedure to determine the potential of applicants in the field of mechanics.
