Expression of Interest are invited for Civil Work for CCTV System Upgrade - Mellitah Complex.

Eni North Africa B.V. Libyan Branch (ENI NA) wishes to verify the availability of reputable, interested and experienced vendors specialized in providing Civil work to upgrade CCTV Systems.

As a result of ENINA evaluation in respect of above required services, only qualified, specialized and experienced vendors will be registered within ENI NA vendor list

Only qualified companies that have proven capability and recent experience of supplying the required services will be considered for potential tenders for the scope of service described above.

HSE Minimum Requirements:

Ø Compliance with local/national regulations regarding environmental protection

Ø Compliance with local/national regulations regarding safety, health and welfare/insurance issues

Ø HSE policy and objectives;

Ø Occupational Health and Safety Management: Evidences of how it intends to manage the safety aspects of the contracts and relevant safety procedures applied to the Contract activities;

Ø Environmental Management: Evidence of how it intends to manage the environmental aspects of the contracts and relevant environmental procedures applied to the Contract activities;

Ø A record of hazards/impacts in the workplace related to the general activities associated with the CONTRACT, inclusive of Subcontractor activities.

Ø Planning of activities required for the identification, assessment and management of the significant HSE risks associated with the work;

Ø Evidences about the: excavations works, working at height, First Aid arrangements, Lifting Equipment lists and certificates

Ø Organization Chart focusing on HSE roles and responsibilities (including CONTRACTOR’s key resources) and showing the name, title and contacts of its HSE representatives with CV describing professional experience on the management of the HSE aspects;

Ø Emergency response management, covering but not limited to: medical evacuation, road traffic accidents, oil/chemical spills, man/vehicle lost, offshore incidents…;

Ø HSE training plan;

HSE audit and inspection plan/schedule;

Ø HSE reporting arrangements;

Ø Fitness to Work Certificate of contractor personnel;

Ø Certification of all Critical Machinery and Equipment’s (cranes, forklifts, power generators, etc.)

Ø Comply with all PTW requirements for all jobs to be done within the COMPANY’s premises

Ø Standard PPEs for all contractors’ employees.

Ø Equipment Maintenance records

As a result of ENINA evaluation in respect of above required services, only qualified, specialized and experienced vendors will be registered within ENI NA vendor list. In case you are interested to be an approved vendor, we will need to be provided with the following documentation/info:

1. Copy of certified statement of registration in Libya – Chamber of commerce (Scan copy of the originals plus English Translation);

2. Company / Group’s structure chart (Scan copy of the originals plus English Translation);

3. Company’s organization chart;

4 Name of the shareholders, together with the percentage and the title of share ownership;

5. Vendor shall provide the following: 5.1 What was your turnover in the last three years?

5.2 What was your net asset /Shareholders funds in the last three years?

5.3 Capital Value;

5.4 Main declared activity of the company;

5.5 Number of registered employees;

5.6 Holding Company or part of a Group.

Reference is also made to your Shareholding structure for which we kindly ask to provide your most updated information. Specifically we need the disclosure of all “Ultimate Beneficiaries” of your company even when shares are owned by trustees.

6. Provide references of similar works performed in the area in the past 3 years
